For outdoor setups, a sturdy reinforced concrete foundation is essential. Indoor installations demand precise alignment, ensuring the transformer integrates seamlessly with the cabinet's front and adheres tightly to the distribution panel, eliminating gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Positioning is crucial; utilize specially designated force points for stability, and implement effective anti-slip measures to secure the transformer.
Maintain the transformer's balance throughout transport and installation, ensuring the inclination remains within a safe range (no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis).
During installation, it is critical to manage the spacing between components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness to ensure optimal performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on precise requirements and ensure correct wiring for seamless functionality.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications to guarantee optimal performance.
