Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
The installation options for 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer aligns flush with the cabinet's front and fits snugly against the distribution panel.
2. Installation Steps:
Employ designated force points during transformer placement, and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability.
Maintain the transformer's alignment during transport and setup, keeping the long axis tilt under 15° and the short axis under 10°.
Ensure there are appropriate clearances between components to avoid excess tightness or looseness.
Choose suitable insulation disks for terminal setup based on situational requirements, ensuring proper wiring.
3. Attachment Installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers according to standards and manufacturer guidelines.
