Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various configurations: pole-mounted, outdoor setups, or indoor installations, to suit any setting.
For outdoor installations, the transformer must be securely positioned on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the unit is perfectly aligned with the front of the cabinet, tightly affixed to the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize specifically designed force points, implementing anti-slip measures to secure the unit effectively.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits (maximum 15° for the long axis and 10° for the short axis) to ensure stability.
Ensure appropriate spacing between components during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
Select insulation disks based on actual needs when installing terminals, ensuring precise wiring for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
Ensure accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers are installed per relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring seamless integration.
