Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Versatility in installation defines the 20kV oil-immersed transformers, suitable for pole-mounted setups, outdoor placements, and indoor installations, adapting seamlessly to any environment.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require precision, aligning the transformer body flush with the cabinet front and securely attached to the distribution panel, eliminating any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, employ designated force points to secure the transformer, implementing anti-slip measures to maintain stability and safety.
To ensure operational integrity, control the inclination of the transformer body within the specified range during transport and installation, not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Pay careful attention during installation to maintain optimal gaps between parts; avoid excessive tightness or looseness for optimal performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations, ensuring correct wiring to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
3. Attachment installation:
Adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines when installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves to guarantee optimal function and safety.
