Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor placements, and indoor transformer installations, providing flexibility to suit various project requirements.
For outdoor installations, securing the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation is imperative. Indoor setups demand that the transformer aligns flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless attachment to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Deploying the transformer with precision involves utilizing specially designed force points and applying anti-slip measures, safeguarding the unit during the installation process.
During transit and installation, maintain a controlled inclination of the transformer body-no greater than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure the seamless connectivity of all components by managing the gaps meticulously, avoiding any tightness or looseness.
Select suitable insulation disks for terminal installations, tailoring the wiring to the actual conditions for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in alignment with standard regulations and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring reliability and safety.
