Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various configurations, including pole-mounted setups, resilient outdoor installations, and secure indoor transformer placements.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups must align the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, employ the designated force points for optimal placement and implement anti-slip precautions to secure its stability.
During transportation and installation, carefully monitor the transformer body's inclination, keeping it within a controlled range of no more than 15° on the long axis and 10° on the short axis.
Ensure adequate spacing between components during installation to prevent overly tight or excessively loose connections.
Appropriately select insulation disks based on the prevailing conditions while wiring terminals, ensuring accuracy and safety.
3. Attachment installation:
Incorporate accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves with adherence to stringent standards and manufacturer guidelines for flawless operation.
