Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.
For outdoor setups, ensure a sturdy reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, align the transformer with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, leverage the specially designed force points for the product, implementing anti-slip measures for stability.
Maintain controlled inclination during transport and installation: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure proper spacing between components during installation to avoid overly tight or loose connections.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations and adhere to correct wiring practices.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories-gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, sleeves-to meet stringent standards and manufacturer specifications.
