Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in multiple configurations such as pole-mounted, outdoor settings, or within indoor transformer stations, providing versatile solutions for diverse environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. When positioning indoors, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, adhering tightly to the distribution panel without any gaps for optimal performance.
2. Installation Steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, leverage specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to maintain stability and safety.
During transportation and installation, the transformer's inclination should be meticulously controlled-limiting the angle to no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally to ensure integrity.
During installation, meticulous attention to part spacing is crucial to avoid undue tightness or looseness, ensuring seamless operation.
For terminal installation, select insulation disks that match the actual conditions and ensure precise wiring to maintain optimal functionality.
3. Attachment Installation:
Installing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves should strictly adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring reliability and safety.
