Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers are adaptable to various installation forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups. This flexibility ensures perfect integration into any environment or infrastructure.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align seamlessly with the cabinet front, ensuring intimacy with the distribution panel for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, employ designated force points and implement anti-slip measures for stability and safety.
Maintain a controlled inclination of the transformer body during transit and installation, adhering to no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Pay close attention to spacing between components to ensure neither excessive tightness nor looseness, preserving operational integrity.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on situational requirements and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of attachments like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must adhere strictly to pertinent standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure flawless functionality.
