Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, catering to a variety of environmental and spatial requirements.
When embarking on an outdoor installation, ensure it is securely affixed to a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor installations, maintain the transformer's alignment flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless attachment to the distribution panel with no perceptible gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During the installation process, utilize the product's specially designed force points and implement effective anti-slip measures for enhanced stability and safety.
Ensure precision during transportation and installation by controlling the transformer's body inclination, maintaining it within a 15° range along the long axis and a 10° range along the short axis.
During installation, meticulously manage the gaps between components to prevent undue tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks aligned with the situation's demands and ensure correct wiring for peak performance.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing critical accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to all relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee safety and reliability.
