1. Installation form:

Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation options, including pole-mounted installation, outdoor settings, and indoor transformer installations.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, ensure the transformer body aligns with the front of the cabinet, fitting snugly against the distribution panel without gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Position the transformer with precision using designated force points, and implement anti-slip measures to guarantee stability.

During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within specific limits (no greater than 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis) to ensure safety.

Ensure each component's spacing during installation is optimal-not too tight, not too loose-for flawless performance.

Install terminals using appropriate insulation disks tailored to the actual conditions, ensuring precise and correct wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

Adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer instructions when installing attachments like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, ensuring functionality and safety.
