For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, it must sit flush with the cabinet's front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer with precision, utilizing designated force points and implementing anti-slip precautions for stability and safety.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within strict parameters: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure each part fits precisely during installation, avoiding overly tight or loose assemblies for optimal performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific requirements when wiring terminals to ensure correct and safe connections.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting essential accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is crucial for optimal operation.
