Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Various installation forms are available for 20kV oil-immersed transformers, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to be perfectly aligned with the cabinet front, with no gaps to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Upon placement, utilize the specially designed force points and implement necessary anti-slip measures.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits-no more than 15° on the long axis and 10° on the short axis.
Maintain adequate gaps between components during installation to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on actual conditions, ensuring proper wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves according to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
