Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile installation of 20kV oil-immersed transformers accommodates pole mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, ensuring adaptability to various environments and needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete base; indoors, align it flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures for enhanced stability and security.
During transport and installation, maintain a controlled tilt of the transformer body-within 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally-to ensure structural integrity.
Ensure optimal spacing during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness between components, promoting longevity and performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminals based on situational requirements, ensuring accurate and effective wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal safety and performance.
