1. Installation form:

Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various forms: pole-mounted for elevated setups, rugged outdoor installations, or secure indoor configurations.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure its body aligns flush with the cabinet front and is firmly attached to the distribution panel, eliminating any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Upon positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability.

Maintain the transformer's inclination within a specific range during transport and installation: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.

Ensure each component fits snugly without being excessively tight or loose, maintaining optimal operational integrity.

For terminal installations, choose insulation disks that fit the actual conditions and ensure correct wiring for seamless performance.

3. Attachment installation:

During the installation of accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal functionality.
