1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, accommodating diverse operational environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. When indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet's front, maintaining a seamless connection to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize designated force points specifically engineered for this product, implementing anti-slip precautions for utmost stability and safety.
Maintain a controlled inclination of the transformer body during transport and installation, keeping within the prescribed limits of 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis for optimal performance.
Ensure a balanced fit between all components during installation, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness, which could compromise efficiency.
When installing terminals, select appropriate insulating disks based on actual requirements, and ensure correct wiring practices are followed.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and specific manufacturer guidelines for optimal functionality.
