1. Installation form:

The 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer diverse installation options, including pole-mounted installation, outdoor installations, and secure indoor transformer installations.

For outdoor installations, it is crucial to mount the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation securely. Indoor installations demand precision, ensuring that the transformer aligns perfectly flush with the cabinet front and adheres tightly to the distribution panel without any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Ensure the transformer is carefully positioned using specially designed force points, and implement comprehensive anti-slip measures.

During transportation and installation, it is vital to maintain control over the transformer's inclination, ensuring it remains within specified limits (no more than 15° in the long axis and no more than 10° in the short axis).

Meticulous attention must be paid to the spacing between components during installation, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.

Choose appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations, wiring them accurately based on specific requirements.

3. Attachment installation:

When incorporating accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications is imperative.
