1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various configurations: pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor. Each form offers unique advantages to suit specific environmental and operational needs.

For outdoor installations, ensure secure anchoring on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer should align perfectly with the cabinet front and fit seamlessly against the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

While positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points, implementing anti-slip measures for stability and security.

During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within specified limits, avoiding more than a 15° angle longitudinally and a 10° angle laterally, ensuring optimal balance.

Ensure precision during installation; parts must be neither overly tight nor excessively loose to maintain function and safety.

Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation, aligning with the actual requirements and ensuring correct wiring practices.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves following all relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for guaranteed performance.
