Our high-voltage winding features a multi-layer cylindrical design with continuous or connecting continuous structure, enhancing shock distribution, minimizing magnetic leakage, and ensuring high mechanical strength alongside robust short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
Utilizing high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal seam stacking method, this design substantially reduces no-load loss and no-load current, optimizing efficiency.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
The core and windings are meticulously secured with fastening measures. Equipped with self-locking, anti-loosening nuts, the high and low voltage leads feature a non-hanging center structure, ensuring resilience against transportation vibrations. All fasteners include secure fastening nuts to guarantee unwavering stability during extended operation.

4. Vacuum processing:
Both coils and cores undergo vacuum drying, while transformer oil is vacuum-filtered and injected to effectively minimize internal moisture, enhancing durability.

5. Oil tank design:
The innovative corrugated sheet design with breathing function compensates for oil volume changes due to temperature variations, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet and reducing the transformer's overall height.
