1. Installation form:
The installation versatility of the 20kV oil immersed transformer includes pole mounted setups, robust outdoor installations, and precise indoor transformer assemblies, ensuring adaptability to a variety of environments.
For outdoor installations, it is imperative to secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups must ensure the transformer seamlessly aligns with the cabinet front, maintaining a secure attachment to the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, it is crucial to utilize the designated force points specifically designed for the product, paired with effective anti-slip measures, ensuring stability and safety.
Control the inclination of the transformer body meticulously during transportation and installation, adhering to a maximum of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, to maintain optimal operational integrity.
Pay close attention to the gaps between each component during installation, ensuring they are neither excessively tight nor loose, to maintain structural and functional integrity.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on the actual conditions, and ensure precise and accurate wiring to uphold operational safety and efficiency.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing essential accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, it is vital to adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
