Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.
For outdoor setups, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation; indoors, ensure the transformer aligns seamlessly with the cabinet's front, maintaining a snug fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer using specially designed force points, employing anti-slip measures for optimal stability.
Maintain an inclination below 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis during transportation and installation for safety.
Ensure appropriate spacing between parts during installation to avoid tightness or looseness.
Choose suitable insulation disks for terminal installations based on actual conditions and ensure proper wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
