Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed using various methods, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align perfectly with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless connection to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to secure the setup.
During transportation and installation, control the transformer's inclination carefully, maintaining a range of no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis to prevent operational issues.
Ensure all parts are correctly aligned during installation, maintaining optimal spacing to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
Correct terminal installation is crucial. Choose suitable insulation disks based on actual conditions, ensuring precise and accurate wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must be installed in accordance with relevant standards and specific manufacturer guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.
