1. Installation form:
The installation forms of 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile solutions including pole mounted installation, outdoor installation, and indoor transformer installation.
For outdoor installations, it is imperative that the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation; Indoor installations must ensure precise alignment, with the transformer body flush to the cabinet front, closely adhered to the distribution panel without any visible gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During the placement of the transformer, it is crucial to utilize specially designed force points for the product, while implementing effective anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
Throughout transportation and installation, the transformer body should maintain an inclination within specified limits (no more than 15° along the long axis and no more than 10° along the short axis) to safeguard its integrity.
During installation, meticulous attention should be given to the spacing between components to prevent tight or loose fittings, ensuring optimal performance.
When installing terminals, the selection of suitable insulation disks according to the specific circumstances is essential, along with correct wiring for flawless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
For the installation of crucial accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications is mandatory to ensure safe and reliable operation.
