Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor configurations, ensuring adaptability to your specific environmental needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a robust reinforced concrete base. Indoor setups must ensure the transformer's body aligns perfectly with the front of the cabinet, achieving a seamless fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer with precision, utilizing product-specific force points, while implementing anti-slip measures to ensure stability.
During both transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within safe limits (max 15° along the long axis, max 10° along the short axis).
Ensure appropriate spacing during installation to avoid overly tight or loose connections between components.
For terminal setup, select suitable insulation disks based on the scenario and wire them accurately for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring enhanced operational safety.
