1. Installation form:

The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation; indoors, ensure that the transformer aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, creating a seamless attachment to the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

Upon positioning the transformer, employ designated force points for stability and implement anti-slip measures to ensure safety.

Maintain precise control over the transformer's tilt during transport and installation: keep it under 15° for the long axis and below 10° for the short axis.

During installation, meticulously adjust the component gaps to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.

Select appropriate insulation disks based on the specific conditions when wiring terminals to ensure proper connection.

3. Attachment installation:

Install attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in full compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
