Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation configurations for 20kV oil-immersed transformers are versatile, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer setups.
For outdoor installations, the transformer must be securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. When installed indoors, it is crucial to ensure that the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front and is closely fitted to the distribution panel, eliminating any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, it is imperative to utilize specially designed force points, along with implementing anti-slip measures for enhanced stability.
During transportation and installation, maintain the inclination of the transformer body within specified limits, not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During the installation process, it is essential to monitor the spacing between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
When installing terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on actual requirements and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must strictly adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications.
