Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor placements, accommodating varied infrastructure needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the front of the cabinet, maintaining a seamless connection with the distribution panel for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize specially designed force points for secure placement, implementing anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination, keeping within a 15° limit in the long axis and a 10° limit in the short axis during both transport and installation.
Ensure meticulous attention to the fit of each component during assembly to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, which could impact performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation, ensuring correct wiring to maintain operational integrity.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines, guaranteeing optimal functionality and safety.
