1. Installation form:

The 20kV oil-immersed transformer offers versatile installation methods, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations.

For outdoor installations, ensure secure placement on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, align the transformer body seamlessly flush with the front of the cabinet and ensure snug attachment to the distribution panel without gaps.

2. Installation steps:

During installation, utilize specially designed force points and implement both anti-slip and anti-tipping measures to ensure stability and security.

Maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits during transit and installation (not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° transversely).

Exercise caution during assembly to ensure appropriate spacing between components, avoiding overly tight or loose connections.

For terminal installation, carefully select suitable insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure correct wiring connections.

3. Attachment installation:

When installing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal performance.
