Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers can be mounted in various configurations including pole mounted installations, outdoor setups, and indoor transformer placements, adapting seamlessly to your infrastructural needs.
For outdoor installations, ensure the setup is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precision; the transformer should align perfectly with the front of the cabinet, seamlessly integrating with the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Precision is key during installation, utilizing specially designed force points for the transformer. Implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
During transit and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination strictly within specified limits: no more than 15° in the longitudinal axis and 10° in the latitudinal axis, ensuring structural integrity.
Pay meticulous attention to the spacing between components during installation to avoid overly tight or loose configurations, ensuring optimal functionality.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on specific circumstances and ensure wiring accuracy for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing crucial accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for guaranteed performance and safety.
