1. Installation form:

The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation options: pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor installations, each tailored to specific location needs.

For outdoor setups, ensure a sturdy foundation of reinforced concrete. Indoors, align the transformer perfectly flush with the cabinet's front, securing it tightly to the distribution panel, eliminating any possibility of gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Upon positioning the transformer, utilize specially designated force points for secure handling, and implement anti-slip precautions for maximum safety.

During transport and installation, maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.

Mindful installation ensures optimal spacing between parts, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.

When attaching terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on situational needs and ensure correct wiring for optimal performance.

3. Attachment installation:

While installing critical accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer instructions to uphold quality and performance.
