1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, ensuring flexibility to suit various environments and needs.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require precise alignment with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit to the distribution panel without any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

During positioning, utilize the specially designed force points of the transformer, implementing anti-slip measures for secure installation.

Maintain the transformer body's inclination within a permissible range during transport and setup, not exceeding 15° longitudinally or 10° transversely.

Ensure all assembly parts maintain optimal spacing; neither too tight nor too loose, to guarantee flawless installation.

Select appropriate insulation discs for terminal installation based on actual conditions, ensuring precise and correct wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

When installing crucial accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and the manufacturer's specifications.
