Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, resilient outdoor configurations, and seamless indoor placements, ensuring adaptability to any infrastructure.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure that the transformer's body aligns perfectly flush with the cabinet front, fitting snugly against the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Meticulously position the transformer using designated force points, ensuring implementation of anti-slip measures for optimal stability during installation.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transit and installation, restricting angles to within 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally to ensure structural integrity.
During assembly, maintain balanced gaps between components, ensuring they are neither excessively tight nor loose, optimizing operational efficiency and longevity.
When connecting terminals, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific circumstances, ensuring precise and secure wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessory installation, such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adherence to sophisticated standards and meticulous manufacturer guidelines is imperative.
