Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, dedicated outdoor installations, and secure indoor transformer placements.
For outdoor installations, ensure it is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require the transformer body to align flush with the cabinet front, closely secured to the distribution panel to prevent any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to secure stability.
During transport and installation, maintain transformer body inclination within specified limits: no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Ensure meticulous attention to component spacing during installation to prevent overly tight or loose fits.
Select appropriate insulation disks based on situational demands and ensure accurate terminal wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing essential accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to both relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
