Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor placements, ensuring adaptability to your specific environment.
For outdoor installations, ensure secure attachment to a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, maintain alignment so that the transformer's front is flush with the cabinet panel, ensuring a seamless and gap-free installation.
2. Installation steps:
Upon placement, use designated force points for stability, implementing anti-slip measures to secure the transformer effectively.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits: no more than 15° along its long axis and 10° along its short axis, ensuring stability and integrity.
Carefully monitor component gaps during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, guaranteeing optimal performance and longevity.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations, ensuring correct wiring and alignment with actual conditions for safe and effective connectivity.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure safety and functionality.
