1. Installation form:

Our versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed in various forms, including pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor installations, and secure indoor transformer placements.

For outdoor installations, it is imperative to anchor the transformer on a solid reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, ensure that the transformer body is perfectly aligned with the cabinet front and snugly fits against the distribution panel, leaving no room for gaps.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, employ specially designated force points for stability, and incorporate anti-slip measures to secure the placement.

During both transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's incline within safe thresholds-no more than 15° along its length and 10° across its width.

A keen eye must be kept on the spacing between components during installation to prevent overly tight or loose fits.

For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation discs specific to the situation and ensure accurate wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

When attaching accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal performance.
