1. Installation form:

Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation forms, including pole-mounted installations, outdoor installations, and indoor settings, ensuring flexibility for diverse environments.

For outdoor installations, securing on a reinforced concrete foundation is essential; for indoor setups, ensure the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, seamlessly adhering to the distribution panel, leaving no gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Upon positioning the transformer, employ strategically designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to maintain stability and safety.

Control the inclination of the transformer body during transport and installation to within specified limits: no more than 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis directions.

During assembly, meticulously manage the spacing between components to avoid over-tightening or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.

For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure precise wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

When integrating accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to standardized requirements and manufacturer guidelines.
