Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various configurations, including pole-mounted installation, outdoor placements, and indoor setups, each catering to specific situational needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Conversely, indoor installations require the transformer to align precisely with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps: Follow these steps to achieve flawless installation.
Position the transformer using its uniquely designed force points, and implement measures to prevent slippage for safety and stability.
During transport and installation, the transformer's body inclination should not exceed 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, ensuring safe handling.
Ensure appropriate spacing between components during installation to prevent overly tight or loose assemblies.
Select the appropriate insulation disks and wire them correctly when installing terminals, adapting to the specific context of each setup.
3. Attachment installation: Securely install all attachments with precision.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines when installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, to maintain optimal performance.
