Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation forms to suit your needs, including pole-mounted installation, outdoor installation, and indoor transformer installation.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored to a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer body must align flush with the cabinet front, adhering closely to the distribution panel to eliminate any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize special force points designated for the product, and implement anti-slip measures to secure it steadfastly.
Maintain the transformer body's inclination within specified limits during transport and installation, not exceeding 15° along the long axis or 10° along the short axis, for optimal stability.
During installation, ensure precision in the spacing between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, optimizing function and longevity.
Install terminals with precision, selecting appropriate insulation disks as per the actual conditions, and ensure correct wiring for safety and efficiency.
3. Attachment installation:
In installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for seamless integration.
