Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The adaptable 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various configurations including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations.
When installing outdoors, ensure secure mounting on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer body must align perfectly with the cabinet front, adhering closely to the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During positioning, leverage the specialized force points intrinsic to the product, and implement anti-slip measures to secure stability.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during both transit and installation, ensuring it does not exceed 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Install with meticulous attention to component spacing, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness between parts.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation in accordance with real-world conditions, ensuring accurate wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict compliance with pertinent standards and manufacturer directives.
