Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation options: pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor transformer setups, catering to a wide range of deployment scenarios.

For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require precise alignment, with the transformer body flush against the cabinet's front, seamlessly integrated with the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

Positioning the transformer requires precision, utilizing specially designed force points and incorporating anti-slip measures for stability and safety.

During transportation and installation, control the transformer's inclination within defined limits: no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° transversely.

Avoid excessive tightness or looseness between components during assembly, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.

Select appropriate insulation disks tailored to your specific installation requirements and ensure correct wiring of terminals for safe operation.

3. Attachment installation:

Install additional components like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves according to strict manufacturer guidelines and relevant standards, ensuring system integrity and reliability.
