1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor placements, providing flexibility to suit various environments.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation; indoors, align the transformer body seamlessly with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.

Maintain the transformer's body inclination within specified limits during transport and installation, with a maximum of 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis, to ensure optimal performance.

Pay careful attention to the gaps between parts during installation to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring seamless operation.

Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on the actual conditions, ensuring correct and secure wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

Installation of accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves should adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for optimal performance.
