Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, catering to varied environmental and spatial requirements.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require the transformer to be flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During positioning, utilize designated force points to stabilize the transformer, employing anti-slip measures for added security.
Maintain a controlled inclination of the transformer body during transit and installation, adhering to limits-no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure optimal spacing between components during installation to prevent overly tight or loose configurations.
Select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific installation scenario for terminal installation and ensure precise wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in accordance with applicable standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
