1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding features a multi-layer cylindrical, continuous, or connecting continuous structure, enhancing shock distribution, minimizing magnetic leakage, and offering superior mechanical strength and formidable short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
Crafted from high-grade cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheets, the iron core utilizes a full diagonal seam stacking technique that significantly curtails no-load loss and no-load current.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Every core and winding is secured with advanced fastening measures. The high and low voltage leads of the body feature self-locking anti-loosening nuts, adopting a non-hanging center design to withstand transport vibrations. Each fastener is equipped with nuts to ensure long-term operational stability.

4. Vacuum processing:
The coils and cores undergo vacuum drying, with transformer oil vacuum-filtered and injected to minimize internal moisture and enhance performance.
