For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precision, aligning the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, creating a seamless fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Employ specialized force points designed specifically for the transformer during placement to mitigate slippage risks, ensuring stability and safety.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transit and setup, adhering to a maximum of 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis to ensure balance and functionality.
Mindful installation requires precision in spacing-avoiding excessive tightness or looseness between components to maintain optimal performance.
Selecting appropriate insulation discs tailored to the specific requirements ensures correct terminal installation and wiring, safeguarding operation.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must be installed in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for assured reliability and safety.
