Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in multiple ways, including pole-mounted installations, outdoor configurations, and indoor setups, ensuring flexibility to meet various operational demands.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to be flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit with no gaps for maximum safety and efficiency.
2. Installation steps:
For optimal setup, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures during the installation of the transformer, ensuring stability and security.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's body inclination during transport and installation, adhering to a maximum of 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis to prevent operational issues.
During installation, ensure appropriate spacing between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness that could affect performance.
Select suitable insulation disks for terminal installation based on the specific requirements and follow precise wiring protocols for optimal safety and functionality.
3. Attachment installation:
When adding accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, strictly adhere to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure reliability and efficiency.
