Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
For our 20kV oil-immersed transformers, installation versatility is key. Whether pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor, each option is crafted for optimal performance.
When opting for outdoor installation, ensure the transformer is secured on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, the transformer body should align perfectly flush with the cabinet front, maintaining a snug fit against the distribution panel to eliminate gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During the placement of the transformer, make use of specially designed force points, incorporating anti-slip measures for added stability and security.
Carefully manage the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, maintaining a maximum of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis to ensure safe and correct positioning.
Attention to detail is crucial during installation; ensure each part is spaced correctly to avoid the pitfalls of being overly tight or excessively loose.
Choose the appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation, tailoring selections to fit the actual conditions and ensuring correct wiring for optimal functionality.
3. Attachment installation:
For installing essential accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is imperative for seamless operation.
