1. Installation form:

The 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed using various forms such as pole-mounted installations, outdoor settings, or within indoor transformer rooms, tailored to your specific needs.

For outdoor installations, it is crucial to secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align perfectly with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, utilize the specially designed force points and ensure anti-slip measures are in place to guarantee stability and safety.

Maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits during transport and installation: no greater than 15° along the long axis and no more than 10° along the short axis.

During setup, ensure optimal spacing between components to avoid unnecessary tension or looseness, ensuring a secure installation.

Select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions when installing terminals, ensuring precise wiring execution.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for impeccable performance.
