1. Installation Form:

The installation of 20kV oil-immersed transformers offers versatile choices: pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor installations. Each option is designed to integrate seamlessly into its environment.

For outdoor setups, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require precise alignment; ensure the transformer body sits flush with the cabinet front and maintains a tight seal against the distribution panel.

2. Installation Steps:

During placement, utilize designed force points on the transformer, incorporating anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.

Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transit and installation, with maximum allowances of 15° on the long axis and 10° on the short axis to prevent potential issues.

Pay attention to component spacing during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.

Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on the specific circumstances, ensuring wiring accuracy and safety.

3. Attachment Installation:

For accessory installations-such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves-adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee optimal functionality.
