1. Winding Structure:
The high-voltage winding features a multi-layer cylindrical structure, either continuous or connecting continuous, optimizing shock distribution, diminishing magnetic leakage, and providing exceptional mechanical strength and robust short-circuit resistance.
2. Iron Core Design:
By utilizing premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal seam stacking method, our transformers dramatically lower no-load loss and no-load current, ensuring superior efficiency.
3. Fastening and Anti-loosening:
Every core and winding is securely fastened with advanced fastening techniques. High and low voltage leads are safeguarded with self-locking anti-loosening nuts. The innovative non-hanging center structure endures transportation vibrations while all fasteners remain securely in place, guaranteeing no loosening during prolonged operations.
4. Vacuum Processing:
Our state-of-the-art vacuum drying of coils and cores, along with vacuum-filtered and injected transformer oil, ensure minimal internal moisture, enhancing the transformer's longevity.

Installation Place: Choose locations devoid of corrosive gases and excessive dirt for installation to maintain integrity and performance.
