1. Winding Structure:
The high-voltage winding features a multi-layer cylindrical structure, either continuous or connecting continuous, optimizing shock distribution, diminishing magnetic leakage, and providing exceptional mechanical strength and robust short-circuit resistance.
2. Iron Core Design:
By utilizing premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal seam stacking method, our transformers dramatically lower no-load loss and no-load current, ensuring superior efficiency.
3. Fastening and Anti-loosening:
Every core and winding is securely fastened with advanced fastening techniques. High and low voltage leads are safeguarded with self-locking anti-loosening nuts. 4. Vacuum Processing:
