1. Installation form:
Experience versatile installation options for the 20kV oil-immersed transformers, including pole-mounted setup, outdoor installations, and seamless indoor integration. Each method is designed to suit varied operational needs, ensuring optimal performance.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, ensure an impeccable flush alignment with the cabinet's front, tightly affixed to the distribution panel, leaving no room for gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer with precision, utilizing specially designed force points for stability, and implement thorough anti-slip measures to safeguard its placement.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transportation and installation, ensuring it remains within a controlled range (no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally) for safety.
During installation, meticulously monitor the gaps between components, ensuring they are neither too tight nor too loose for optimal operational efficiency.
Select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions for terminal installations, ensuring correct wiring for flawless electric connectivity.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications to guarantee reliability and safety.
